EntryX, gece hayatı etkinliklerine ve mekanlarına erişim sağlayan; etkinlik keşfi, QR ile giriş, davetli (misafir) talebi ve mekana özel içerik paylaşımı sunan bir mobil uygulamadır. Bu sayfa, kişisel verilerinizi nasıl işlediğimizi (Gizlilik Politikası) ve uygulamayı kullanırken uymanız gereken kuralları (Kullanım Koşulları) açıklar. Bu sağlayıcılar verilerinizi yalnızca bizim adımıza işler. Verilerinizi reklam amacıyla üçüncü taraflara satmıyoruz.
Hesap doğrulama amaçlı SMS/e-postalar hizmetin işleyişi için gönderilir. Kampanya/duyuru iletileri ise yalnızca kayıt sırasında açık onay vermeniz halinde gönderilir; bu onayı ayarlardan veya bizimle iletişime geçerek geri alabilirsiniz.
Verileriniz hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece saklanır. Bağlantılar HTTPS ile şifrelenir, şifreler geri döndürülemez (hash) saklanır. Story içerikleri 24 saat sonra otomatik silinir. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde kişisel verileriniz, yasal saklama yükümlülükleri saklı kalmak kaydıyla silinir.
KVKK kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silinmesini isteme ve işlemeye itiraz etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Hesabınızı ve verilerinizi uygulama içinden “Hesabı Sil” ile doğrudan silebilir veya yukarıdaki e-postadan talepte bulunabilirsiniz.
EntryX yalnızca 18 yaş ve üzeri kişiler içindir. Bilerek 18 yaşından küçüklerden veri toplamayız.
Kullanıcı içerikleri için “Bildir” ve “Engelle” araçları sunulur. Uygunsuz içeriklere sıfır tolerans gösterilir; bildirilen içerikler en geç 24 saat içinde incelenir. Ayrıntı için Kullanım Koşulları.
Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içinde veya e-posta ile bilgilendiririz.
EntryX’i kullanarak bu koşulları ve Gizlilik Politikası’nı kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayınız.
Hesap oluşturmak ve uygulamayı kullanmak için en az 18 yaşında olmalısınız.
Hesap bilgilerinizin gizliliğinden ve hesabınız üzerinden yapılan işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz. Doğru ve güncel bilgi vermeyi kabul edersiniz.
Paylaşılan story ve diğer içeriklerde uygunsuz, müstehcen, şiddet içeren, nefret söylemi barındıran, taciz edici veya yasa dışı içeriklere sıfır tolerans gösterilir. Her içeriği “Bildir” ile şikayet edebilir, kullanıcıları “Engelle” ile engelleyebilirsiniz. Bildirilen içerikler en geç 24 saat içinde incelenir; ihlal eden içerik kaldırılır ve hesaplar askıya alınır veya kapatılır.
Davetli talebinde girdiğiniz üçüncü kişi bilgileri için gerekli izinlere sahip olduğunuzu beyan edersiniz. Davetli talepleri mekan/işletme onayına tabidir; onay garantisi verilmez.
Uygulama, logo ve içerikleri EntryX’e aittir. Paylaştığınız içeriğin size ait olduğunu ve uygulamada göstermemiz için sınırlı kullanım izni verdiğinizi kabul edersiniz.
Hizmet “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Mekanlar, etkinlikler ve üçüncü kişilerle yaşanan deneyimlerden EntryX sorumlu değildir. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan sorumluluk kabul edilmez.
Koşulları ihlal etmeniz halinde hesabınızı bildirmeksizin askıya alma/kapatma hakkımız saklıdır. Hesabınızı dilediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz.
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir; uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

EntryX is a mobile application that provides access to nightlife events and venues, offering event discovery, QR-based entry, guest (invitation) requests and venue-specific content sharing. This page explains how we process your personal data (Privacy Policy) and the rules you must follow when using the app (Terms of Use). By using EntryX you agree to this document.

These providers process your data only on our behalf. We do not sell your data to third parties for advertising.
Verification SMS/emails are sent as part of the service’s operation. Marketing/announcement messages are sent only if you give explicit consent during sign-up; you can withdraw this consent in settings or by contacting us.
Your data is retained while your account is active. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS and passwords are stored irreversibly (hashed). Story content is automatically deleted after 24 hours. When you delete your account, your personal data is deleted, subject to any legal retention requirements.
You have the right to access, correct, request deletion of, and object to the processing of your data. You can delete your account and data directly via “Delete Account” in the app, or by contacting the email above.
EntryX is intended only for individuals 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
We provide “Report” and “Block” tools for user content. We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to objectionable content; reported content is reviewed within 24 hours. See the Terms of Use for details.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes in the app or via email.
By using EntryX you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the app.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information.
We apply zero tolerance to objectionable, obscene, violent, hateful, abusive or illegal content in stories and other user content. You can “Report” any content and “Block” abusive users. Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours; violating content is removed and offending accounts are suspended or terminated.
When entering third-party information in a guest request (e.g. guest names/contact), you confirm you have the necessary permissions. Guest requests are subject to approval by the venue; approval is not guaranteed.
The app, logo and content belong to EntryX. You confirm that content you share is yours and grant us a limited license to display it within the app.
The service is provided “as is”. EntryX is not responsible for experiences with venues, events or third parties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and Turkish courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
